Profile経歴

中釜和寿 Kazuhisa Nakagama

公認会計士・税理士 Certified Public Accountant (Japan)
Certified Tax Accountant (Japan)

2011年あらた監査法人入社。監査業務及びM&A関連業務を経験した後、2015年よりPwCニューヨーク事務所へ出向。世界最大規模の米系金融機関の現地監査マネージャーを務める。帰任後は新会社設立、各種デューデリジェンス、海外進出支援など経営戦略やM&A領域におけるアドバイザリー業務を多数提供。

2021年以降はマネジメント・オフィスに所属し、長期経営ビジョンや中期経営計画を含む全社的な経営戦略立案及び組織変革をディレクターとしてリード。2022年よりグローバルネットワークの本社機能を有するPwC Globalへ参画し、成長戦略やマーケット戦略の策定に関与。

2024年、中釜和寿公認会計士事務所、アセンディア税理士法人を設立

ex. PwC Global Assurance / PwC Japan有限責任監査法人ディレクター Kaz joined PwC in 2011 and delivered various audit and M&A engagements. Seconded to PwC NY office since 2015 and took a role of audit manager for world leading financial institution. (SEC registrants)
Kaz also delivered various advisory engagements including new company setup, market analysis, due diligence, post-merger integration in addition to accounting and internal control advisories.
Kaz moved to firm’s management office in 2021 and led the firm’s strategy development and organizational transformation. Kaz was also a member of PwC Global Assurance Markets where he worked on global network’s growth strategy.
